Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Assigned Users/User Groups Subtask

Use this subtask to link the profile to existing users or user groups.

This subtask is enabled only if the Apply User/User Group Access Rights check box is selected on the main screen.

Field Description
User/User Group

Enter, or use to select, the user or user group to be assigned this CMS location.

Name

This field displays the user or user group name.

Type

This field displays User or User Group to indicate whether the selection in the User/User Group field is a user or a user group.

Rights

Use this drop-down list to select whether the user or user group can add or modify content links or view the content files for this CMS location. Valid options are:

  • Modify Links
  • View Links
Company

Enter, or use to select, the ID of the company to which you want to assign these rights, or enter ALL to assign to all companies.
