Use this application to view the time-phased supply and demand for a part. Current inventory, scheduled supply and demand, and order detail information is displayed, but you can also select and alter planned order data. You can view supply and demand according to warehouse, all projects, top-level project, selected project, related projects, or netting group. This application is enabled for all inventory parts, rather than just MRP planned parts.
Use this screen to view and update the supply and demand schedules created by the MRP process.
Click to run the application and view the results in the Part Schedule table window.

Project Planning Group — Depending upon whether the part is common-stock or not, this will include all supply and demand for inventory projects that are within the same project-planning group as the project specified in the Project field. See the documentation for the MRP Option Code in the MRP Settings screen. If the Include Common Inventory check box is selected, the supply and demand for projects that have been specified as common inventory will also be included, even though they may not otherwise meet the project selection criteria.

This table window displays supply/demand information in accordance with the criteria selected in the header. Rows are sorted in ascending order by date/supply/demand/project/inventory abbreviation.
This field displays the date corresponding to the demand or supply.
This field displays the demand quantity for the line.
This field displays the supply quantity for the line. You can update this field only for supply planned orders, in which case you can enter the quantity to be used when the order or requisition is firmed.
This field displays the supply quantity adjusted for the part's yield factor. Supply Yield Qty equals Supply Qty multiplied by Yield (entered in the Assembly Details group box on the Manage Manufacturing Bills of Material screen in Costpoint Bills of Material). This field is displayed only if you selected the Incl Scrap/Yield % in Planning Process check box on the Configure Production Control Settings screen.
This field displays the total available quantity for the day, after accounting for additional supply and demand. For the first row in the table, Projected Avail Qty equals On Hand Qty plus Other Inv Qty plus Supply/Demand Qty (first row). For subsequent rows, Projected Avail Qty equals Projected Avail Qty of the previous row plus Supply/Demand Qty (current row). Note that the system uses Supply Yield Qty in the calculations instead of Supply Qty if you selected the Incl Scrap/Yield % in Planning Process check box on the Configure Production Control Settings screen.
This field displays the total supply or demand quantity for that row. In this field, demand is displayed as a negative quantity while supply is displayed as a positive quantity.
