This field displays the part ID of the selected part on the main screen.
This field displays the revision of the Part.
This field displays the description for the Part.
This field displays the unit of measure assigned to the Part.
This group box displays the selected project criteria for the selected part.
This field displays the inventory project selection option from the main screen.
This field displays Y (Yes) if the Include Common Inventory check box is selected on the main screen. Otherwise, this field displays N (No).
This indicates whether or not projects that are designated as common inventory are included in the table window, even though they may not otherwise meet the project selection criteria.
This field displays the ID of the selected project from the main screen. The project name displays in the adjacent unlabeled field.
This field displays the abbreviation for the Project.
This field displays the ID of the selected netting group from the main screen. The name of the netting group displays in the adjacent unlabeled field.
This table displays inventory abbreviation information for the projects that meet the selection criteria.
This field displays the inventory abbreviation code.
This field displays the name of the inventory abbreviation.
This field displays the type of account, either E (Expense), A (Asset) or G (Government Furnished), as set up in the Inventory Abbreviations subtask of the Manage Inventory Projects screen in Costpoint Inventory.
This field displays the project ID associated with the Inv Abbrev.

This field displays the MRP planning code for the Project.
