Use this subtask to view the employee labor hours and costs charged to organizations within the fiscal year you selected.
The subtask header displays the employee ID, employee name, and fiscal year.
This subtask consists of a table window and a Period subtask. The Period subtask provides additional detail regarding the labor hours and costs relative to the accounting period within the fiscal year you selected.
All of the fields in this screen are non-editable.
You must click the OK button to close this subtask
You may use this subtask to view employee organization charges after you execute the Post Labor program; in addition, if you added records using the Employee Labor subtask of the Enter Journal Entries screen (Accounting\Transactions\Journal Entries), you must execute the Post Journal Entries program (Accounting\Process\Post) before viewing data in this screen.
This field displays the employee ID.
This field displays the employee name.
This field displays the fiscal year you selected in the Selection Criteria block.
This field displays the organizations charged during the fiscal year you selected.
This field displays the organization description.
This field displays the total hours charged to the organization during the fiscal year you selected.
This field displays the total dollar amount charged to the organization during the fiscal year you selected.
