Upload a New Asset Inside a Review

An asset is any image, video, audio file, web capture, or document uploaded to ConceptShare for the purpose of requesting and receiving feedback. You can upload assets inside a review, via the Review Builder.

To upload an asset, you must be a project administrator. If you are using a custom project role, it must have the following permissions set to Yes:
  • Folder
    • See Folders
    • Edit Folders (name, description)
    • Add Content (Folders, files)
  • Asset
    • View Assets Tab
    • See Assets
    • Edit Assets
    • Delete Assets
  • Review
    • Add Reviews
    • Edit Reviews
    • Delete Reviews

To upload an asset inside a review:

  1. Log into your account.
  2. In the Navigation panel, click Projects.
  3. On the Projects dashboard, click a project, and click the Reviews tab.
  4. On the Reviews screen, select the check box to the left of a review, and click Edit edit from the main toolbar.
    Alternatively, right-click a review and select Edit.
    The Review Builder opens.
  5. In the Assets to Review pane of the Review Builder, click Add assets to review .
  6. To upload an asset, do one of the following:
    • To upload an asset from your machine, click Browse to add assets , select a file or files, and click Open.
    • To upload an asset from the web, click Add web content capture and enter the URL. Click OK.
    • Drag and drop an asset from your machine to the Assets to Review pane.
    Tip: The estimated upload time is displayed on the bottom left-hand corner of the Review Builder.
  7. In the New Asset Details dialog, enter the asset information.

  8. Click OK.
ConceptShare notifies reviewers when a participant adds an asset to a review.
Note: You must wait for the asset to finish uploading before you can create another review.
