Global Approve or Reject a Review

You can globally approve or reject an asset or all assets in a review. This is an override, or summary of all the responses to close the review for a particular asset or assets.

You must be a Project administrator. If you are using a custom Project role, it must have the following permissions(s) set to Yes:

To global approve or reject a review:

1. Open the review in the Proofing Workspace.
2. Indicate a global response.
   1. On the Responses side panel, click More Options , and select your global response. Global Approve applies a GA badge and changes the status of the review to Completed. Global Reject applies a GR badge.
   2. When prompted for confirmation, click Yes.
   Note: Once a review has a Completed status, it can no longer be edited or given new responses.
