Create an Email Digest

Create email digests to aggregate the notifications about assets or comments within your project on a scheduled basis. This helps reduce the number of notification emails that you receive. By default, the system sends you an email per asset or comment added to each project of which you are a part.

You must be an Account Administrator. If you are using a custom Account role, it must have the following permission(s) set to Yes:
  • Allow users to manage their own preferences and settings on the Account

To create an email digest:

  1. Log into your account.
  2. At the top right of the screen next to your name, click the chevron chevron > Preferences.
  3. From the Preferences For field of the Preferences page, select User Notification Preferences.
  4. Click Add .
  5. In the Add a New Email Digest dialog box, customize your digest.
