Assign Work to Teams

Assign work such as reviews to teams, or add teams to projects to grant visibility to team members.

To assign work to teams:

  1. Log into your account.
  2. Add a team to a project.
    1. In the Navigation panel, click Projects.
    2. On the Project dashboard, click a project, and click the Resources tab.
    3. In the Add Resource to Project field, enter the name of the team that you want to add to the project, and click to select it.
  3. Add a team to a review.
    1. In the Navigation panel, click Projects.
    2. On the Project dashboard, click a project, and click the Reviews tab.
    3. On the Reviews screen, right-click a review, and select Edit.
    4. On the Participants pane of the Review Builder, click Add .
    5. Enter the team name, and click to select it.
  4. Click OK.
    Note: You can add a team by entering the team name in any field where you would otherwise add resources to.
