Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Transferring Files Between the DMS and Collaboration

You can share files stored in the DMS with a project space in Collaboration.

To transfer files between the DMS and Collaboration, you must add the files to document pools that are configured to synchronize with Collaboration.

Incoming Files from Collaboration

Files transferred from Collaboration will be synchronized to an unclassified document pool. After the files are available in an unclassified document pool, you can use the Bulk Superseder tool to add them to the correct document pools. As the name suggests, this tool supersedes existing files with new revisions from Collaboration, if necessary.
