  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Managing Email Digests

Email digests provide members of a project space with an email summary of the number of new, revised, and removed documents. You can view all email digests that have been sent to members of a project space, and manage the frequency at which email digests are sent out.

Digests also indicate the number of documents that have received new comments. As an owner of a project space, you can configure the frequency and time of day when email digests are sent to members.
