Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Expand Conversations

You can expand conversations to display the last three comments made in each conversation. Expand a conversation when you want to add a quick comment without opening the full conversation.

To expand conversations:

  1. In the Navigation pane, click Spaces.
  2. Click the project space that you want to manage.

    To search for a project space, enter the name in the Search Spaces field.

  3. On the Conversations page, do one of the following:
    • Click Expand All to expand all conversations.
    • Click to expand a single conversation.
    To collapse all conversations, click Expand All again.
