Create a Project Space
You create a project space for an account to enable people who work on a project to collaborate and share documents. Project spaces created in this way cannot be linked to PIM projects. To link a project space to a PIM project, you must create that project space through PIM.
To create a project space:
- In the Navigation pane, click Accounts.
- Click the account that you want to manage.
- Click the Spaces tab.
- Click Add Space.
- In the Create Space dialog box, enter a name for the space, and the organization.
- Optional: Click Add image to add an image to the account.
- Optional: In the Overview field, enter a brief description of what the project space is about.
- Optional: In the Guidance field, enter a brief description of how to use the project space.
- Click Save.
