Create a Project Space

You create a project space for an account to enable people who work on a project to collaborate and share documents. Project spaces created in this way cannot be linked to PIM projects. To link a project space to a PIM project, you must create that project space through PIM.

To create a project space:

  1. In the Navigation pane, click Accounts.
  2. Click the account that you want to manage.
  3. Click the Spaces tab.
  4. Click Add Space.
  5. In the Create Space dialog box, enter a name for the space, and the organization.
  6. Optional: Click Add image to add an image to the account.
  7. Optional: In the Overview field, enter a brief description of what the project space is about.
  8. Optional: In the Guidance field, enter a brief description of how to use the project space.
  9. Click Save.
