Add People to a Conversation

You add people and groups to a conversation to allow members to view and join in the discussion.

You must be the creator of the conversation, or a space owner.

To add people to a conversation:

  1. Click the conversation to open it.
  2. In the Conversation Information dialog box, click the People tab and then click Edit.
  3. Click in the Add people field and select the member or group that you want to add.
    To search for a member or group, enter the name in the Add people field.
  4. Click Save.
