This screen displays when you click Modify under PTO Pattern in the Organization Budget Cycle Initialization screen. Use this screen to change the PTO pattern for the budget/outlook. This pattern works in conjunction with the Holiday Schedule by removing from calculation the available hours to work. Since direct, indirect, and non-labor costs are the basis of revenue, it is important to reflect PTO properly, based on holidays.
The pattern, per accounting calendar period, should be equal 100%. If PTO is spread evenly, you’ll get variances in reporting.
