KB #000012: Remove Highlighted Text in a Report

Description: You want to remove the highlighted text in a report.

Cause: The options to highlight text in reports are not selected in the Layout tab.

Resolution: To remove the highlighted text in the reports:

1. In the Web version of ArchiSnapper, select the Layout tab.
2. On the Reports layouts page, click 2. Settings.
3. In the right column, make sure to check or uncheck the box next to the below settings should you add or remove highlighted text:
   • Cloned observations
   • New observations (not cloned)
   • New observation descriptions
4. When you are done, click Save.
