KB #000022: Unable to See Projects in Online Account
Description: You cannot view a project in your online account.
Cause: Projects are visible in your account only if you have been granted access to them.
Resolution: Contact the (Master) Administrator of your account to confirm that you have the necessary access to the project. If access is confirmed and you still cannot see the project, reach out to support@archisnapper.com for further assistance.
