KB #000013: Unable to View a Specific Project
Description: You try to open a project but are not able to view it.
Cause: The Admin or Master Admin of your account has not yet assigned the specific project to you.
Resolution: Your Admin or Master Admin needs to assign those projects to you.
- As the Admin or Master admin account, in the Web version of ArchiSnapper, click More and select Manage users .
- In the Existing Users table, select a user and click Projects for this user.
- On the Project access page, select the project(s) to which you want to assign the user.
