KB #000013: Unable to View a Specific Project

Description: You try to open a project but are not able to view it.

Cause: The Admin or Master Admin of your account has not yet assigned the specific project to you.

Resolution: Your Admin or Master Admin needs to assign those projects to you.

  1. As the Admin or Master admin account, in the Web version of ArchiSnapper, click More and select Manage users .
  2. In the Existing Users table, select a user and click Projects for this user.
  3. On the Project access page, select the project(s) to which you want to assign the user.
