KB #000016: Project Displays in the Web Version but Not in the Mobile Application

Description: You can view a project in the Web version of ArchiSnapper but not in the mobile application.

Cause: You might not have run SYNC yet or logged in using the same email address.

Resolution: If you can see your project on the Web version but not in the mobile application, you can try any of the following:

  • Verify in the mobile application whether you have previously completed a sync. If not, click SYNC.
  • Confirm that you are using the same email address for logging in both the mobile application and the Web version.
  • If neither of these steps resolves the problem, contact support@archisnapper.com for assistance.
