KB #000001: Error Syncing from ArchiSnapper Mobile Application

Description: When you try to tap SYNC in the ArchiSnapper mobile application, you encounter an error message even when the Internet connection is stable.

Cause: This issue usually happens when you are using an old or outdated version of the mobile application.

Resolution: Update the ArchiSnapper mobile application. To do this:

Option 1 (If you are still using the old version of the mobile application)

  1. Go to App Store or Google Play Store and verify if you have the latest mobile application version (ArchiSnapper 5).
  2. If you do not have the latest version, without logging off from your current mobile application, download and install ArchiSnapper 5.
  3. Log in to the mobile application and tap SYNC.
  4. After a successful sync, you can log off and delete the old version.

Option 2 (If you already have the new version that only needs to be updated)

  1. Without logging off from the mobile application, go to App Store or Google Play Store and check for the ArchiSnapper 5’s latest update.
  2. Download and install the update.
  3. Launch the mobile application again and tap SYNC.
