KB #000011: Clone Reports Without Pictures

Description : You want to clone reports without including pictures.

Cause: The setting to clone reports without pictures is not selected in the mobile application.

Resolution: To clone reports without pictures:

1. In the ArchiSnapper mobile application, tap and tap Settings.
2. In the Clone settings section, do not select the Clone pictures option.
3. Tap Back.
4. After changing your settings, tap SYNC.
