KB #000002: Cannot Save Pictures in Device’s Photo Gallery

Description: When you take report pictures using the ArchiSnapper mobile application and tap SYNC, ArchiSnapper does not save the pictures in your mobile device's photo gallery.

Cause: The Save photos on camera roll option in the mobile application is disabled.

Resolution: Enable Save photos on camera roll. To do this:

  1. Open the ArchiSnapper mobile application.
  2. At the top left part of the screen, tap .
  3. Tap Settings.
  4. On the Settings page, under Photo Settings, make sure Save photos on camera roll is selected.
