KB #000027: Adjusting Image Orientation After Upload

Description: Rotate an uploaded image in a report.

Cause: Images captured during onsite visits may upload in the wrong orientation. You may need to adjust them when reviewing reports online.

Resolution: To adjust the image orientation:

1. Open the report in edit mode.
2. Hover over the image until the Annotate option displays and then select it.
3. In the annotation window, rotate the image as needed. You can also add shapes, arrows, and adjust line width and colors.
4. Click Save to apply the changes.
