KB #000030: Inconsistent Report Timestamps Between Mobile Application and Web Interface

Description: The timestamps for reports generated via the mobile application are inconsistent with those displayed on the web interface after synchronization, despite both the mobile device and laptop being set to the same time zone.

Cause: The discrepancy is likely due to the web interface being configured to a different time zone than the mobile application.

Resolution: Check and update the time zone settings via the web interface:

  1. Log in and go to More » Account Settings.
  2. Under Date and Time Settings, make sure the Time Zone matches your mobile device or preferred setting.
  3. If needed, you can adjust the Time Format setting.
  4. Click Save.
