KB #000029: Stuck on Spinning Wheel When Adding or Creating Observation Items
Description: When trying to add or create Observation items, the screen becomes unresponsive and displays a spinning wheel within the Observation window. Consequently, the item is not saved.
Cause: This issue may occur if the Observation Name field is left blank.
Resolution: Refresh the page and try to create the observation item again, ensuring that the Observation Name field has a value.
