Fields and Options
These help topics provide descriptions of individual fields and options on the tabs, forms, and dialog boxes in the Opportunities area.

Key information and options for the opportunity always remains visible at the top and along the left side of the Opportunities area as you move from one tab to another. - Opportunities Toolbar
Use the toolbar in the Opportunities area to edit an opportunity, add a touchpoint for an opportunity, or mark an opportunity as closed. - Add/Edit Opportunity Form
Use the Add Opportunity form to add a new opportunity. Use the Edit Opportunity form to make changes or additions to information for existing opportunities. The two forms contain the same sets of fields. - Opportunities Overview Tab
The Overview tab in the Opportunities area provides a snapshot of the selected opportunity: description and location, stakeholders in your firm, and a variety of other characteristics of the opportunity. - Opportunities Collaboration Tab
Use the Collaboration tab in the Opportunities area to associate opportunities with spaces in Kona Business and to access those spaces from within iAccess to participate in conversations about the opportunity, create and assign tasks, schedule events, and share files. - Opportunities Team Tab
Use the Team tab in the Opportunities area to create and maintain lists of the companies (clients, vendors, subconsultants, government agencies) and team members (your employees and contacts for other companies) that are involved in the opportunity. - Opportunities Activities Tab
Use the Activities tab in the Opportunities area to create and maintain lists of milestones and touchpoints for the opportunity. - Opportunities Competition Tab
Use the Competition tab in the Opportunities area to create and maintain a list of the other companies that are pursuing the opportunity. - Add Touchpoint Dialog Box
Use the Add Touchpoint dialog box to add a new touchpoint. After you save the touchpoint, you can view it and make changes to it on the Activities tab in the Opportunities area or on the Touchpoints tabs in the Companies and Contacts areas. (You can also add new touchpoints on those tabs.) - Close Opportunity Dialog Box
When you are no longer actively pursuing an opportunity (for example, when you have been awarded the contract), use the Close Opportunity dialog box to close it. - Create Kona Task Dialog Box
If a touchpoint is associated with an opportunity for which a space exists in Kona Business, and you are a member of that space, you can use the Create Kona Task dialog box to create a task in Kona for the touchpoint. - Edit
Organization Dialog Box
If you use organizations, use the Edit Organization dialog box to assign opportunities or employees to an organization. - GovWin IQ Opportunities Dialog Box
Use the GovWin IQ Opportunities dialog box to search for opportunities in GovWin IQ, select those you want to add in iAccess, and add them by importing their GovWin IQ opportunity data. - Custom Opportunity Search Dialog Box
If the standard searches (Active, All, and Mine) for locating and selecting opportunities are not satisfactory, use the Custom Opportunity Search dialog box to create a custom search. When you create a custom search, you have the option to save it so you can use it in the future without having to specify the search parameters again. - Other Dialog Boxes
The Opportunities area includes a number of small dialog boxes, most of which support the field-by-field editing of the summary information and of the information displayed on the Overview tab.
