Opportunities Collaboration Tab

Use the Collaboration tab in the Opportunities area to associate opportunities with spaces in Kona Business and to access those spaces from within iAccess to participate in conversations about the opportunity, create and assign tasks, schedule events, and share files.

Note: If your firm has not implemented the integration with Kona Business, the Collaboration tab is not available.

Field	Description
All your recent conversations, tasks and files via Kona	Click Kona in this phrase to open Kona Business on a separate browser tab.
Associate Kona Space	To associate the opportunity with an existing or new Kona space, click Associate Kona Space in the upper-right corner of the tab. If the space you want to associate with the opportunity already exists, select it from the list. If you want to associate the opportunity with a new space, select + New Kona Space at the top of the selection list to create the space with the same name as the opportunity.

If the opportunity is associated with a Kona space and you are a member of that space, the following display. If items exist in the space that you have not read, the number of those unread items displays to the right of the tab name.

	Click this icon to display a list of conversations for the space.
	Click this icon to display a list of tasks for the space.
	Click this icon to display a list of events for the space.
	Click this icon to display a list of files for the space.
	Click this icon to add a new conversation, task, or event for the space. On the pop-up list that displays, select which of these you want to add.
Change Kona Space	If the opportunity is currently associated with a Kona space and you want to associate it with a different space, click Change Kona Space in the upper-right corner of the tab. If the space you want to associate with the opportunity already exists, select it from the list. If you want to associate the opportunity with a new space, select + New Kona Space at the top of the selection list to create the space with the same name as the opportunity.
Disassociate Kona Space	To disassociate the opportunity from its current Kona space, click Disassociate Kona Space in the lower-right corner of the tab. The space is no longer displayed on the Collaboration tab and is no longer associated with the opportunity. (The space itself is not deleted. It still exists in Kona.)
