Adding Timesheet non-work days

In this window, you can add predefined non-work days, such as holidays or weekends, that will appear shaded on the timesheet but still allow time entry. Each calendar year you can add to this list to continue shading timesheets for the new year.

To add timesheet non-work days

  1. From > Setup > Company, click Timesheet Non-Work Days.
  2. Click Add New.
  3. In the Date field, enter a date or use the calendar to select a date.
  4. In the Non-Work Day Description field, enter a description for the non-work day.
  5. Click Save.
