Printing 940 forms

unavailable in ajeraCore unless you have the Payroll add-on

From Ajera, you can print blank 940 forms, which you can complete manually.

Multi-company only. To print government forms, you must set the payroll type to Process Payroll ( > Setup > Company > Preferences > Payroll tab > Payroll Type field).

To print 940 forms

1. From the > Reports menu, click Government Reporting > Form 940.
2. Select the check box for the form you want to print: Form 940 (pages 1 and 2), Schedule A, Payment Voucher, or Worksheet.
3. Click the Print button.
