Use this inquiry to review information to report on Form 941Closed Employer's Quarterly Federal Tax Return. Employers use Form 941 to report the following: payroll taxes for the quarter; current quarter's adjustments to Social Security and Medicare taxes for fractions of cents, sick pay, tips, and group-term life insurance; and previous quarters' adjustments to payroll taxes., Employer's Quarterly Federal Tax Return. This inquiry includes information from only paid paychecks. It initially shows checks for the 2008 payroll year.

From the > Reports menu, click Standard Inquiries > Payroll > 941 Preparation.
