Invoices and Report tabs

Invoices tab

The Invoices tab is invaluable to project managers. This tab displays the PCC Invoices inquiry, which allows you to review client invoice details and to preview client invoices for a project.

Unlike other inquiries, the PCC Invoices inquiry is accessible only from the Project Command Center. Also, the inquiry is the same for all employees who have permission to view it; that is, any changes to the inquiry are visible to everyone with access to it.

Report tabs

Use the report tabs to review up-to-date information about your project. If you have ajeraCore, only the Snapshot tab is available. If you do not have ajeraCore, all these tabs are available:

  • Progress: Use the Progress report to compare the amount you spent on your project against the budgeted amount and the reported percent complete amount on a project-to-date basis.
  • Snapshot: Use the Snapshot report to manage day-to-day execution of your project.
  • Plan: Use the Plan report to review a project's budgeting and scheduling information.
