  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Grant Users Access to Programs

Use these steps to grant users access to set up or view programs.

Only users and groups that have been set up in EPM Security Administrator and assigned to a named license display in the drop-down fields on this tab. You must be the owner or a member of the SYSADMIN group to edit these fields.

When a user is granted access to a program, they do not automatically have access to the associated projects. You have to add them to each projects Access Control tab if you want them to have project access.

To grant users access to programs:

  1. In the Navigation pane, in Hubs, click Programs.
  2. If you are in the List view, click Switch to Detail View in the top right corner of the view.
  3. On the Access Control tab, click +Add Row at the bottom of the grid.
  4. Use the drop-down lists to select a user or a group. You cannot select both in the same line.
  5. (Optional) Select a Role from the drop-down list.
  6. Place a check in the Read Only check box if you only want to grant the user or group read-only access.
