Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Delete a Program

When you delete a program, all projects that were associated with the program remain in Touchstone but are not associated with any program.

To delete a program:

  1. In the Navigation pane, in Hubs, click Programs.
  2. Do one of the following:
    • If you are in the List view, you can delete it in one of two ways:
      • Select the check box to the left of the program name and click Other Actions > Delete in the top right corner of the grid.
      • Hover over the program you want to delete and click Options on the right side of the line and click Delete.
    • If you are in the Detail view, search for and select the program you want to delete and click Other Actions > Delete.
  3. A message displays asking you to confirm the deletion. Click Delete.The program is removed from Touchstone.
    When the program is deleted, the associated projects are disassociated from the program, the benchmark attribute values on the projects Snapshot tab are deleted, and the projects last update dates are updated to reflect the changes made to the project.
