Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Create a Benchmark Attribute

Use these steps to create a benchmark attribute and add options and values.

To create a benchmark attribute:

  1. On the Navigation pane, in Settings, click Benchmark Attributes. If you don't see this menu option, you may not have rights to it.
  2. In the Benchmark Attributes view, at the bottom of the grid, click + New Attribute.
    The New Attribute dialog box displays with default options and values.
  3. On the New Attribute dialog box:
    • Enter an Attribute Name, for example, Customer Satisfaction.
    • In the Attribute Options grid, do one or more of the following:
      • To edit an option or value, click in the field.
      • To add a new option, click + New Option.
      • To delete an option, hover over the option and click the X on the right side of the line.
  4. Click Save.
    The next step is to add the benchmark attribute to a program.
