Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Copy a Program

You can make a copy of a program to use as the basis for a new program.

When you create a copy of a program, Touchstone copies the following information:
  • Program Name (with "Copy" appended to the end)
  • Description
  • Contract ID
  • Client
  • Location
  • Negotiated Cost
  • Contingency
  • Associated benchmark attributes
  • Override metric variables
  • Access Control tab list

To copy a program:

  1. In the Navigation pane, in Hubs, click Programs.
  2. Do one of the following:
    • If you are in the List view, hover over the program you want to copy. Click Options on the right side of the line and click Copy in the Options menu.
    • If you are in the Detail view, search for and select the program you want to copy and click Other Actions > Copy.

    Touchstone displays the new program in Detail view Edit mode. The Owner field changes to your logged in ID (that is, you become the owner). Edit the fields as needed and save the changes.
