  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Add Benchmark Attributes to a Program

Add benchmark attributes to a program so that you can use them to evaluate the associated projects.

You need to define benchmark attributes in the Benchmark Attributes view (Settings > Benchmart Attributes) before you can add them to a program.

To add benchmark attributes to a program:

  1. In the Navigation pane, under Hubs, click Programs.
  2. Search for and select the program to which you want to add the benchmark attributes.
  3. If you are in the List view, click Switch to Detail View in the top right corner of the view.
  4. On the Overview tab, at the bottom of the Benchmark Attributes grid, click +Associate Benchmark Attribute.
  5. Use the drop-down arrow to select an attribute.
    When you click off the field, Touchstone automatically saves the change. A "Program was successfully changed" message briefly displays at the top of the screen.
  6. Repeat step 4 for each attribute you want to add.
    The Current Snapshot Average column is blank until at least one snapshot is uploaded and benchmark attribute values are added in Submittals.
