Set Up Chat Service URL

Use this procedure to set up the chat service URL, which defines the API endpoint used by Ask Dela.

Before you configure the chat service URL, make sure a valid SSL certificate is installed on the Ask Dela server. If the certificate is missing or invalid, the URL cannot be saved and the integration will not function.

To set up chat service URL:

1. In the Navigation pane, select ADMINISTRATION > Communication.
2. In the Chat Service URL field, enter the URL in the following format:
   https://<server name>/ppmdelachat

   To get the URL:

   1. In IIS Manager, select PPMDelaChat.
   2. Under Actions, click Browse *:443 (https) to open the application.
   3. Copy the URL from the browser address bar to use as the Chat Service URL.
