Enable Ask Dela

Use this procedure to configure and manage access to the Ask Dela chat feature in your PPM product.

To enable Ask Dela:

1. Run the Ask Dela for PPM Products installer (DeltekPPMDelaChat<version>.msi). Use Deltek Software Manager (DSM) to download the installer.

   Note: The <version> refers to the exact version and build number of the Ask Dela for PPM Products installer, for example, DeltekPPMDelaChat1.0.0700.57.msi. In addition, in the installer window and filename, PPM Dela Chat also refers to Ask Dela.

   Important: Deltek recommends that you always download and install the latest Deltek Ask Dela for PPM Products installer to ensure access to the most up-to-date product information.

   To access the Ask Dela for PPM Products installer, navigate to one of the following locations:

   • PPM Administrator » PPM Administrator 1.0 (GA) » Sub-Release
   • EPM Security Administrator » EPM Security Administrator 8.6 (GA) » Sub-Release

2. Run database scripts.

3. Create Azure AI service.

4. Create required completion and embedding models.

5. Set up the chat service URL.

6. Set up Ask Dela in PPM Administrator.
