Use this task to run the database scripts required to enable Ask
Dela in your PPM product.
When you install Ask Dela, the database scripts are added to the
C:\Program Files\Deltek\PPMDelaChat\Database\Scripts folder. Make sure you run
the scripts in the same environment where Ask Dela is installed.
To run the database scripts:

On the server where you installed Ask Dela, open File Explorer
and navigate to C:\Program Files\Deltek\PPMDelaChat\Database\Scripts.

Run the applicable script for your database platform:
- WST_Tables_Data_Dela_Sql.sql for
SQL Server
- WST_Tables_Data_Dela_Oracle.sql
for Oracle
Running the script adds the following tables in your
database:
- WST_DELA_HIST: This
table stores Ask Dela conversation history
- WST_DELA_FDBK: This
table stores Ask Dela user feedback.
Attention: If these tables are not
available in the database, the Ask Dela tab as well as the
Deployment and
Models fields are disabled.
