Browser Views Dialog Box

The Browser Views dialog box displays the browser views that have been defined. You can also create, copy, edit, and delete browser views from this dialog box.

When you click New or select an existing browser view and click Copy or Edit, Open Plan displays the Browser View Definition dialog box that you use you to define the elements of the view.

When you click New, you must first enter a name for the view before you are taken to the Browser View Definition dialog box.

As with other Open Plan views, if you are the owner of a browser view or you have system administrator access, you can control user access to the browser view by modifying the Access Control tab of its Properties dialog box.

Buttons

The table below provides information about the buttons in this dialog box.

Button Description
New Click this button, or press Insert on your keyboard, to display the New Browser View dialog box. After you enter a name and click OK in this dialog box, the Browser View Definition dialog box displays where you can enter the browser view details.
Copy Select an existing browser view and click this button to create a new browser view based on an existing browser view. The Browser View Definition dialog box displays and you can edit the name and/or browser view details. By default, the name starts with "Copy."  
Edit Select an existing browser view and click this button to display the Browser View Definition dialog box which you use to edit the name and/or browser view details.
Delete Click this button, or press Delete on your keyboard, to delete the selected browser view. A dialog box displays, asking you to confirm the deletion.
