Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Edit a Browser View

Use this procedure to edit a browser view.

To edit a browser view:

  1. In the Project Views folder of Open Plan Explorer, select a project to display in any view.
  2. In the Manage menu group of the Tools tab, click Browser Views.
  3. In the Browser Views dialog box, click Edit.
  4. In the Browser View Definition dialog box, enter the following information as needed:
    • Description
    • Command
    • Arguments
    You can also specify the access control options using the Access Control button.
  5. When you are finished, click OK.
    You may also edit this information using the Command-Line Info tab of the browser view’s Properties dialog box.
