Use this procedure to set the activity box layout options.
To set your options for the activity box layout:

In the
Project Views folder of Open Plan Explorer, select a project to display in network view.

In the
Network menu group of the View tab, click
Preferences.

In the Network Preferences dialog box, click the Box Layout tab.

In the
Field column, click a blank line, and select a field from the list that is displayed.

In the
Line column, enter a line number to indicate where the field should display within the activity box.
If you enter the same line number for more than one field, Open Plan displays the fields in the order shown in the list on the dialog box. You can use the change order buttons to move a data field to a higher or lower position in the list.

In the
Font column, select the font type for the standard or calculated fields in the Activity file.

In the
Text Color column, specify the text color for the standard or calculated fields in the activity file.

In the
Horz. Align column, specify the horizontal alignment of the text.
The options available for this column are the following:
Center,
Left, and
Right.

In the
Vert. Align column, specify the vertical alignment of the text.
The options available for this column are the following:
Bottom,
Center, and
Top.

In the
Max. Lines column, specify the maximum lines in the box on which the text is to be displayed.

In the
Max. Width column, specify the maximum width of the box on which the text is to be displayed.

In the
Format column, select the number of lines that the field may use to display data.

Continue entering fields until you have fully defined the contents of the activity box.
There is no limit to the number of fields you can define for an activity box.

Click
OK.
