Define Activity Box Attributes

Use this procedure to define the activity box attributes.

To define the attributes of an activity box:

1. In the Project Views folder of Open Plan Explorer, select a project to display in network view.
2. In the Network menu group of the View tab, click Preferences.
3. In the Network Preferences dialog box, click the Box Attributes tab.
4. In the Criterion column, select the filter that will be used to determine whether Open Plan should use this box to represent an activity.
5. Define the appearance of the activity box by selecting the appropriate elements from the Text Color, Bk. Color, Left Style, Left Color, Right Style, Right Color, Left Diag., and Right Diag. columns.
6. In the Label column, enter a name to be displayed in the legend.
7. To change the order of the sets of attributes, use the Change Order buttons.
8. Click OK.
