Rearrange Column Order in the Contents Pane

Use this procedure to rearrange the order in which headings are displayed in the contents pane.

To customize the columns in the contents pane, the folder that is displayed must contain only like objects. For example, the objects must be all views, all projects, and so on.

To rearrange the order in which headings are displayed:

1. In Open Plan Explorer, take one of the following actions to display the Customize Columns dialog box:
   • Double-click the header bar.
   • Right-click the header bar and click Customize Columns on the shortcut menu.
2. In the Display these fields list, select a field to move.
3. Use the up or down arrow buttons to reposition the selected field.
4. When finished, click OK.
