Add a Column to the Contents Pane

Use this procedure to add a column to the contents pane.

To customize the columns in the contents pane, the folder that is displayed must contain only like objects. For example, the objects must be all views, all projects, and so on.

To add a column to the contents pane:

  1. In Open Plan Explorer, take one of the following actions to display the Customize Columns dialog box:
    • Double-click the header bar.
    • Right-click the header bar and then click Customize Columns on the shortcut menu.
  2. For each column that you want to add, select the appropriate field from the Available fields list and click the > button.
    This moves the selected field to the Display these fields list.
  3. When finished adding columns, click OK.
