Use the Print menu option to display the Print dialog box where you can specify the print settings for your report.
To print a report using the current print settings, click the
icon on the Quick Access Toolbar.
The dialog box menu changes depending on the view displayed in the active window:
- For all views other than a calendar, Open Plan displays the Print dialog box
- For calendars, Open Plan displays the Print Calendar dialog box
