Display Resource Descriptions

Use the Box Layout tab of the Preferences dialog box to display resource descriptions in the resources boxes.

To display resource descriptions in the resource boxes:

1. In Open Plan Explorer, display a Resource View.
2. Take one of the following actions:
   • On the View tab, click Preferences.
   • Right-click an empty area of the workspace, and click Preferences on the shortcut menu.
3. On the Box Layout tab of the Preferences dialog box, make sure that one of the rows in the Field column displays Res. Desc.
