Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Display Probability in a Risk Analysis View

Use this procedure to display probability information in a risk analysis view.

To display probability information in a risk analysis view:

  1. Take any of the following actions:
    • Click Select Activity from the View tab.
    • Right-click the workspace and then click Select Activity.
  2. From the Key Activity Selection dialog box, select the key activity for which you want to display probability information.
    For Open Plan to display key activities in the Key Activity Selection dialog box, both of the following conditions must be met:
    • Risk analysis must have been performed on the project.
    • At least one activity must be identified as a key activity on the Risk tab of the Activity Details dialog box.
  3. Click OK.
