Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Delete a View

Use this procedure to delete a view.

To delete a view:

  1. In the Project Views folder of Open Plan Explorer, select the view that you want to copy.
  2. Press the Delete key.
  3. When Open Plan asks that you confirm the deletion, click OK.
    Note: Deleting a view that you have dragged into your project folder from the Open Plan Library does not delete the actual view. This action deletes only the link to the view that is stored in the Open Plan Library.
