Create a New Calendar

Use the Add Calendar dialog box to add a new calendar.

To create a new calendar:

  1. In Open Plan Explorer, display a calendar.
  2. Take one of the following actions:
    • On the Edit tab, click Calendars.
    • Right-click an empty area of the calendar, and click Calendars on the context menu.
  3. In the Calendars dialog box, click New.
  4. In the Add Calendar dialog box, enter a name for the new calendar, and click OK.
