Copy a Calculated Field

Use this procedure to copy a calculated field.

To create a calculated field as a copy of another calculated field:

1. Display a view of the project or resource file for which you want to copy a calculated field.
2. On the Tools tab, click Calculated Fields.
3. In the Calculated Fields dialog box, select the calculated field you want to copy.
4. Click Copy.
5. In the Calculated Field Expression dialog box, enter a new name for the calculated field that you are creating.
6. Make any needed modifications to the calculated field expression.
7. Click OK.
